Using this website
This website describes RTG Logistics, LLC services and lets you contact us, request a custom quote, or submit carrier information. Use these forms for their stated purpose and provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Send sensitive carrier documents through the onboarding application, not the general contact form.
Enquiries and applications
Submitting a form allows RTG to respond to your request. A quote request does not establish a service relationship. An onboarding application starts a review; receiving it does not mean the carrier is approved. RTG provides dispatch and load information only after a complete packet is approved.
Separate service agreement and billing
The scope of support, custom price, and each party's responsibilities are set in a separate signed service agreement. For signed RTG service clients, RTG issues an invoice after each completed week of support. Payment is due 15 calendar days from the invoice issue date. The signed agreement controls if its terms differ from this website summary.
RTG text messaging
RTG Logistics, LLC may send texts about enquiries, carrier onboarding, dispatch coordination, and related support if you choose service texts. Promotional texts about RTG services require a separate promotional choice. Each optional checkbox on the Contact, Quote, and Onboarding forms begins unchecked; you may select either, both, or neither before submitting. You may also give separate affirmative consent by email, which RTG records in its system. Providing a phone number, submitting a form without selecting a text choice, or accepting these terms does not enroll you. Texting consent is not required to submit a form or obtain services. RTG records opt-out choices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Service descriptions and equipment examples are general information, not a promise of loads, earnings, or a particular service result. RTG may update this website and these terms.
