Information we receive
Contact and quote forms collect your contact details and the information you provide about your company, equipment, lanes, and support needs. The onboarding application also collects carrier and business details and required documents, which may include authority records, a W-9, insurance information, and a factoring notice or voided check. The website host may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address and request details.
How we use information
RTG uses this information to respond to enquiries, prepare custom quotes, review carrier packets, communicate about a request, and perform support covered by a separate signed agreement. We may also use it to maintain business records, address delivery or security issues, and meet legal obligations. Submitting a packet starts review; it does not mean carrier approval.
Who receives information
Authorized RTG team members can access the receiving mailboxes. Website hosting and email delivery services process submissions for RTG. RTG may share relevant carrier or load details with brokers, factoring companies, or other counterparties when needed for agreed support, and may disclose information when required by law. Use the onboarding application, not the general Contact form, for sensitive carrier documents.
Mobile information and text messaging
You may separately choose service texts, promotional texts, both, or neither through the optional, unchecked choices on our Contact, Quote, and Onboarding forms. You may also give separate affirmative consent by email. RTG records the choice, the wording shown, the submission time and source, the phone number, and the reported IP address when available. RTG uses mobile numbers and message and opt-out records to manage texts you requested. Merely providing a number, submitting a form without selecting an SMS choice, or accepting website terms does not enroll you. RTG does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging delivery services may process this information only on RTG's behalf to operate the program. Operational sharing described above does not extend to SMS opt-in data or consent.
Documents and browser storage
Submitted onboarding documents are delivered to RTG as email attachments. Unfinished quote and onboarding text answers are saved in this browser session so you can continue the form. Selected file contents are not saved in that browser draft, and files must be reselected after a refresh. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies; its host may process technical data needed to operate the site.
Retention and protection
RTG does not use one fixed retention period for every submission. Messages and documents may be kept while needed to handle a request, provide agreed support, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. You may ask about or request deletion of information you submitted through the Privacy request topic on the Contact page. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Privacy questions and requests
Use the Contact page and choose Privacy request to ask about information you submitted, or write to RTG Logistics, LLC at 100 24th St W, Billings, MT 59102. RTG may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and will handle applicable access, correction, or deletion requests under the law that applies. If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated.
